● Why is Moms Inc. taking a sabbatical?
After prayerful consideration, leadership felt convicted to pause and reprioritize our primary ministries at home as wives and mothers. As we also began planning for the coming year, it became clear we would not have enough leaders to continue Moms Inc. as it has been run in the past. We believe this sabbatical is a prayerful and intentional step to seek God’s direction for the future.
● How long will the sabbatical last?
We anticipate the break lasting at least a year. Because this is God’s ministry, we want to seek His wisdom and timing before determining when a relaunch may occur. We will share updates as clarity develops.
● Is Moms Inc. ending?
No. This is intended to be a sabbatical — a purposeful pause. Our hope is to prayerfully prepare for what Moms Inc. could look like in the future.
● Will we still be able to connect with each other?
Yes! The GroupMe chat will remain available, and we wholeheartedly encourage you to continue building the friendships formed through Moms Inc. Plan playdates, pray for one another, and stay connected. Just because we aren’t officially meeting doesn’t mean those relationships need to stop.
● Will there be any official Moms Inc. events during the sabbatical?
No. During the sabbatical there will not be any official Moms Inc. gatherings. This allows leadership to step back and focus on family and church commitments during this season.
● Can we still get together informally?
Absolutely. We encourage moms to continue meeting, supporting one another, and maintaining friendships. The community built here is meaningful, and we hope it continues naturally.
● Can we host Moms Inc. events during the break?
While informal gatherings are encouraged, there should not be events branded as Moms Inc. or presented as Moms Inc.–affiliated during the sabbatical. This helps avoid confusion while the ministry is on pause.
● What should we do during the sabbatical?
We encourage you to:
• Continue friendships formed through Moms Inc.
• Plan informal playdates or meetups
• Pray for one another
• Grow in your own church community
• Join us in praying for the future of Mom’s Inc.
● Will Moms Inc. look the same when it returns?
It will likely look different — and that’s something we’re excited about. We are prayerfully exploring a model that more intentionally reflects Titus 2, where seasoned moms mentor younger moms in their roles as wives and mothers.
● Will the same leadership return?
It is unlikely that the current leadership will return in the same roles. Our hope is that seasoned moms will step into mentoring roles, allowing this ministry to reflect a more discipleship-focused structure.
How can I support Moms Inc. during this season?
The biggest way you can support this ministry is through prayer. We invite you to pray for:
• Wisdom and direction for the future
• Mentor moms to step forward
• A clear vision for relaunch
• Current leaders as they wrap up the year
• Continued friendships among moms
We are so thankful for each of you and the community that has grown through Moms Inc. We’re trusting God to guide what comes next and are grateful to walk through this season together.
