We’re reflecting on an inspiring few days at the 2025 ACHS Conference in Kansas City! From Jan. 30 to Feb. 1, honor society leaders, educators, and members gathered to exchange ideas, share best practices, and shape the future of honor societies in higher education.
🌟 Centennial Celebration: We marked a monumental milestone, celebrating 100 years of ACHS’s leadership in honor societies with a special luncheon program with past leaders. What a journey it has been!
đź’ˇ Engaging Presentations & Discussions: Sessions featuring thought leaders sparked conversations about the future of honor societies in higher education. In particular, speakers included Dr. Michele Smith, Eileen Merberg, Khanh Vu, Dr. Tom Vansaghi, and Dr. Alan Grant.
🤝 Networking & Collaboration: With a room full of passionate professionals from all over the country, we forged valuable connections and fostered collaboration for the years to come.
🎓 Workshops & Sessions: Our workshops provided actionable strategies to enhance academic excellence, leadership, and student engagement.
📜 ACHS Bylaws Amendments: Members discussed and voted on proposed amendments to the ACHS Bylaws, shaping the future of our community.
