Sheridan County Seed Library A free seed lending program sponsored by Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library and the Powder River Basin Resource Council.

The Sheridan County Seed Library is a collection of open-pollinated and heirloom seeds that you can borrow from to plant and grow at home. Borrowing seeds from the seed library is FREE! We're happy to accept donations of your open-pollinated, heirloom, and locally saved seeds in any quantity. You can drop your seed donations off at the Sheridan County Extension Office. As you grow as a gardener and a seed saver, we hope that you will consider sharing your seeds with the Seed Library community.

Are any of our Seed Library users also Master Gardeners, and planning to attend this?

And heads up - the seed library is now behind the reference desk while the south end of the library is being renovated. Staff will be able to help you get your seeds.

Did you end up with more seeds than you needed this year? Or want to save some seeds from your garden to share with the community? Please donate! You can bring them to the library or drop them off at the Powder River Basin Resource Council office at 934 N. Main St. Thanks!
