Today, we pause with deep gratitude and pride.
Through the Liberty Leash Project, and alongside valued collaborators Sapper K9 and Triune Kennels, we have had the privilege of sending Canine Chip, Canine Badger, and Canine Bangalore forward to continue their journey with K9s For Warriors.
These dogs represent far more than individual success stories. They reflect the collective effort, discipline, and heart of an entire Liberty Leash Project training network. From early development through consistent, intentional preparation, dedicated trainers invested countless hours building strong foundations rooted in reliability, confidence, and service. We are immensely proud of these dogs and of the people who stood behind them every step of the way.
As Chip, Badger, and Bangalore move ahead toward future placement with veterans, we do so with gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to work that directly supports those who have served our nation. We are thankful to K9s For Warriors for receiving these dogs and for the role they play in connecting highly capable canines with veterans who can benefit from their presence and partnership.
We send these dogs forward with continued prayers—for their path ahead, for the veterans they will one day serve, and for the positive impact they will have in the lives entrusted to them.
Liberty Leash Project is a veteran-led 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to developing working dogs with purpose and integrity while serving both ends of the leash. We welcome those who feel called to support this mission through volunteering, puppy raising, training assistance, or financial support that allows this work to continue and grow.
