Indiana Ready Mixed Concrete Association

The Indiana Ready Mixed Concrete Association’s primary objective is to expand the use of ready mix concrete throughout the State of Indiana.

We promote, educate, and provide networking opportunities for our IRMCA Members. The Indiana Ready Mixed Concrete Association was founded in 1943 and granted non-profit status. The IRMCA [Indiana Ready Mixed Concrete Association] is involved in a broad range of events, promotions, industry education, and government affairs. IRMCA also partners with other associations such as the; Indiana Construct

ors Inc., American Concrete Institute, and the Indiana Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association. The Association works with many organizations to expand the use of concrete throughout the state of Indiana. From residential use to assisting county highway departments, to commercial building construction, we promote concrete and its education in all its varied uses.

👏 A Legacy Of Service: Celebrating Rick Ross

Rain. Heat. Course setup. Truck coordination. Serving as an official. Whatever needed to be done, Rick Ross of Oshkosh S-Series Front Discharge Mixers has been there to help.

Rick joined the IRMCA Mixer Driver Championship committee around 2012 and has spent more than a decade helping create an event where Indiana's mixer drivers can put their knowledge and skills to the test.

As Rick prepares to retire later this year after 40+ years in the concrete industry, we're looking back at his contributions to the Indiana Ready Mixed Concrete Association's MDC, his support of competitions across multiple states, and what he'll miss most about an industry he calls his family.
