Sheridan Morning MOPS Sheridan MOPS is a group of moms who believe that "better moms make a better world." MOPS is a grassroots movement that believes moms are world influencers.

We are affiliated with MOPS International, and we strive to encourage one another in the journey of mothering children ages 0-kindergarten. We also believe that incubating hearts and giving just-because-hugs can change the course of history. That’s why we connect moms to a community of women, in our own neighborhood, who meet together to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of motherhood. Sheridan M

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, and by preschoolers we mean kiddos from birth through kindergarten. We know it's a little confusing... so let's just stick with "MOPS." Hey MOPS Moms! For those that may not know- Illuminate Church has a clothing basement where we give families clothing and items for free. This serves a great need in our community. Right now I’m in the process of doing a major overhaul as we reorganize, clean out and refresh our donations. We are looking for donations in all sizes for kids as well as kids books (picture books and chapter books). If you have extras left over from a garage sale or just a pile of clothes that you’ve been meaning to take to the thrift store- please contact me- we would love to have them in our basement.
We kindly ask that donations be free of stains and holes and in decent condition. We don’t take any undergarements or household goods. We do, however accept baby gear and a limited amount of toys. Thanks so much mamas!
