SAGE Community Arts

SAGE Community Arts Funded in part by the Wyoming Arts Council. SAGE hosts Educational Workshops and Classes for children and adults in a variety of media. The cost is $45/year.

Operated by SAGE (Sheridan Artists Guild, Et al), SAGE Community Arts, (formerly Sagebrush Art Center) operates as a non-profit with the goal of inspiring and building community through the visual arts. Operated by SAGE (Sheridan Artists Guild, Et al), SAGE Community Arts houses two galleries and an Art Education Center in its location in the Montgomery Building in Historic Downtown Sheridan. The

Exhibition Gallery features regional and national shows on 6-week intervals, while the Member Gallery presents local talent in a variety of media. Summer Art Camp provides many opportunities for creative learning for area youth. Consider becoming a member of SAGE. SAGE Community Arts is funded by donations, fundraisers, community contributions and a grant from the Wyoming Arts Council. Please consider supporting this valuable organization. SAGE Members receive invitations for openings and events, receive discounts at local art supply businesses, and have opportunity to hang art in the Members' Gallery.

Our first rodeo poster casualty of the season… 🤠💔

One of our beautiful rodeo art posters has officially gone missing after someone cut the zip ties and took it from the fence.

While we wish it had found a new home the right way, this is a good reminder that these posters are available for purchase.

Each limited-edition poster is $150, with proceeds supporting:
🎨 The featured local artist
🤝 SAGE Community Arts
🐎 The Sheridan County Fairgrounds

These banners are more than fence art. They’re a celebration of local artists and a collaboration that helps support the arts and our community.

Our Artist Spotlight this month is Nathan Trampe!

“In addition to crafting his ability to speak about his life in third-person, Nathan has dedicated thousands of hours to developing his artistic skills in many artistic disciplines. From painting and drawing, to steel and wood sculpture, iron and bronze casting, leatherwork, printmaking, photography, custom vehicles and motorcycles, street art, and digital design and illustration, the desire to create can be found in every area of Nathan’s life.

When he’s not actively making artwork, you might find Nathan exploring the beautiful Bighorn Mountains in his Jeep Gladiator, conquering a daily morning workout, creating designs for his brands Full Time Artist and Sheridan Outlaw Supply, or running his frame shop and studio/art gallery, Main Frame, with his brothers in downtown Sheridan, Wyoming.”
