Meeting Minutes November 18, 2025
Attendees: Jim & Sandi Adams, Dan Fedewa, Tracy Woehrle, John Mitchell, John Hartje, Rick & Roberta Young, Tom Anderson, Jim Cosco, Diane Mictchell, Shawn Anderson, Amanda Moore, Brad & Stacy Rozman, Amy Lakeman, Chad Adams, Jason Adams, Lyle Mitchell, Cody Ratcliff, Chase Hartje and Steve Worley
Meeting was called to order by President Jim Adams at 6:01
Approval of Minutes - Lynn Hartje made a motion to approve Tom Anderson seconded. Motion passed.

WSSA Raffle Tickets:
Sandi said she still had tickets available to sell. See her after the
meeting.
Cody Ratcliff reported on the snowmobile tickets. He said most of the tickets are
sold. The drawing will probably be the 1st or 2nd week in December.
V & V Insurance: Jim reported the insurance renewal date is January 3, 2026.
Jim has the report filled out and ready for Lynn to send in. Cost of 2026
insurance is $1100.00 plus $440.00 for dirt and $175.00 additional fees for
a total of $1715.00.
New Business:
Snomads Stickers – Chad Adams suggested we review the cost of 200 stickers with the new logo. Each member would get 1 sticker and additional stickers would be sold. Jim
will check with Alpha Graphics.
Avalanche Awareness Class 1/30-31/2026 at Elk View Inn- Jim reviewed the letter received from Alexander Drinkard with Bridger-Teton Avalanche Center. Sandi will

forward this letter to all members so they can let her know who would be interested in the class.
Bad Boys 50/50 and Membership Sales: Volunteers for working were Lynn & John Hartje, Todd Kautzman, and if needed Sandi & Jim Adams will be available. Lynn will order 2 rolls of tickets for the 50/50 drawing.
Vote on new joint Treasurer nominations: Stacy Rozman and Amy Lakeman said they would share the responsibility. Lynn Hartje made a motion that Stacy & Amy become joint treasurers for the club. John Mitchell seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Lynn, Stacy and Amy will decide whether to keep the bank account at First Interstate or move to another bank.
Black Tooth Brewery Bingo: January 14, 2026 Snomads will host Bingo.
Jim reported the club still has 5 stocking hats, 3 hats 1 T-shirt and Fly Hydro Pack
for game winners. Brad Rozman said he would make a knife for the raffle.
Other members said they would see what they can come up with for additional raffle items.
Safety Shelter Dedication/WYO Cares/Burger Fry on January 17,2026:
Organizers for the food – Lynn Hartje, Tom Anderson and Sandi Adams
Tracey Woehrle said Arrowhead Lodge will donate hamburgers for this occasion.
Cook – Tom Anderson
Rick Young – Will invite the Wyoming Trail System people and Jim will invite the
Forest Service.
CD Rates: Jim Adams will research CD Rates for a $5000.00 CD. He called five banks and Credit Unions. Rates ranged from 4.25% for 1 year and 4.25% for 2 years at Sheridan
Community Federal Credit Union. Low rates ranged from 2.52% 1 year/ 2 year .01% at Cowboy State Bank and 2.7% 1 year/ .02% 2 year at 1st Interstate Bank.
Rick Young mentioned that a Memorial is being made for Dennis Loomis to be displayed
at Arrowhead Lodge.
Next meeting: January 13, 2026 6:00pm at Elks Lodge.
Chase Hartje made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Brad Rozman seconded the motion. Motin passed.
