What a wonderful day at our Annual Spring Horse Show!

Today we celebrated the accomplishments of our Adult Division riders (ages 18 and over), and we couldn't be more proud of each and every participant. This year was especially exciting as we had four independent riders compete—a milestone that, looking back, we believe may be a first in CHAPS history!

Watching our riders showcase their hard work, determination, and growth was truly inspiring. Thank you to all the friends and family members who came out to cheer them on and support their success. Your encouragement means the world to our riders.

A special thank you goes out to our incredible staff and volunteers whose dedication, preparation, and support helped make today's show such a success. We are also grateful to our wonderful judge, Lexie Townsley, for sharing her time, expertise, and encouragement with our participants.

Congratulations to all of our riders! We are honored to be part of your journey and look forward to celebrating many more achievements together.

On June 6, 1944, more than 156,000 Allied troops crossed the English Channel and stormed the beaches of Normandy in what became known as D-Day, the largest amphibious invasion in military history.

Facing impossible odds, thousands of young men fought through enemy fire, sacrificing their safety and, for many, their lives to begin the liberation of Europe from N**i tyranny. By the end of the day, Allied forces had established a foothold in France, marking a turning point in World War II and setting the stage for victory.

Today, 82 years later, we remember the courage of those who landed on Omaha, Utah, Gold, Juno, and Sword beaches. We honor the sacrifice of the fallen, the resilience of the survivors, and the enduring legacy of a generation that answered freedom’s call.

May we never forget what was given so that liberty could endure.
