On May 14th we were able to award $5500 in local scholarships to Sheridan High School Seniors. Our President Todd-Paul Taulbee had the honor of awarding the following:

Donald & Rhonda Dugan Memorial Scholarship - Gracie McGinley
Col. Larry Seals Memorial Scholarship - Paisley Collins (not pictured)
Joe Wise Memorial Scholarship - David "Dax" McMellon (not pictured)
Betty Cook Honorary Scholarship - Emma Kelley Jim Lancaster Honorary Scholarship - Steven Rabinowitz

What a beautiful day for our Annual Rotary Club 2-man scramble! Thank you to all of our local sponsors and teams that came out and played and thank you to member, Cody Shankles- Shelter Insurance for providing the meal. See yall next year! ⛳️

With the anticipation of a rainy Saturday, we have decided to postpone our golf tournament until Saturday May 9th - Please sign up in the meantime - proceeds go to support local high school senior scholarships!

It's time to start thinking about signing up! The annual Sheridan Rotary Club Golf Tournament will be held on April 18th at the Sheridan Country Club. Lunch will be sponsored and begin at 11 AM and tee off will be at 12 PM sharp! Teams for the 2-Man Scramble are $150 and it all goes to local scholarships for Sheridan High School Seniors.
Hole Sponsorships are available for $100 and Rotarians will be reaching out to local businesses if you would like to consider sponsoring this great cause! If you would like to sign your team up you can contact Camden - 870-883-0391 or the Club 870-942-2688 to put your name on the list.

The Sheridan Rotary Club scholarship applications are now available for Sheridan High School Seniors. We will award 5 scholarships during the scholarship banquet. Applications are due to college and career counselor by April 24th. Help us spread the word by sharing!

We had a wonderful evening at our annual Valentine Banquet. ❤️ The meal was delicious and catered by the Sheridan High School FCCLA. Our entertainment was amazing per usual thanks to the SHS Jazz Band. Our members had a great time!

How long have you been a Rotarian: 7 years in Sheridan, previously 3 years in Rotary Club of Morrilton

What is your favorite part of being a Rotarian: Among other things, I love that Rotarians serve the community and work to make a positive difference locally and around the world. I also love the camaraderie of my local club and the bonds of fellowship that have been and are being formed.

Tell us something about your club you would like us to know: Sheridan Rotary Club gives scholarships to graduating seniors from Sheridan High School. In 2025 we gave 4 $1000 scholarships and 1 $1500 scholarship. We have club members who received a Rotary Scholarship and have returned to Sheridan and were inspired to join Rotary and continue to make a positive impact on our community.
