Sheridan's Theta Alpha Alpha Chapter of Phi Beta Psi sorority had a very successful Euchre night on Saturday, February 22. The community came together to support our cancer research and scholarship efforts. There were 48 players with 4 players at each table. Pam Drury, one of our own sorority members, was the top scorer for the evening. Our gross was $1,252, and $100 was given to our hostess to help cover her costs. Fun was had by all and the community looks forward to our Euchre night each February.
Vice President Jeanna Pearson created and shared a beautiful poster of our founders of Phi Beta Psi that included photos and stories.
Next up for our chapter we will be co-hosting the annual Pork Loin Dinner with the Sheridan Lions Club on April 26 from 4-7 PM in the Sheridan Elementary Cafeteria. Tickets will be $12 for adults, kids 12 & under $7, and kids under age 3 are free. The menu will consist of pork loin, hashbrown casserole, green beans, slaw, applesauce, cornbread & butter, and homemade desserts.
