Welcome, Ed Howard, to IAPSC!

Mr. Ed Howard has over 40 years of experience in law enforcement and security, safety, and emergency management. He spent 26 years in law enforcement, including 22 years in narcotics investigations and 10 years as a deputized DEA Task Force Agent focused on international methamphetamine trafficking into Hawaii.

He later spent 15 years in healthcare security with Adventist Health, serving as Security and Safety Director and Vice President of Corporate Security, overseeing security operations for 24 hospitals across four western U.S. states.

In 2020, Mr. Howard founded Pax Bello Security Solutions Hawaii, LLC, where he serves as Owner and CEO. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University.
