This couldn't be truer after what what I had to witness in May in Benin during the launch of the intiative (now initative from African Union Development Agency-NEPAD

Amidst our training sessions, a powerful moment stood out. A resolute mother walked in, 18-year-old child in tow, both hungry for knowledge and growth.

This mother's story was a testament to the belief that entrepreneurship and career dreams should be nurtured from the cradle. She came to learn, to build her business, and to enrich her skills. Being a mom with an 18-month-old baby girl didn't deter her.

💡 Think about the possibilities when we equip our youth with knowledge, skills, and a limitless mindset. Imagine the possibilities when we empower our young ones wit. It's not just about shaping future entrepreneurs; it's about instilling a spirit of curiosity and boundless potential.

How do you make sure to celebrate your wins every step of the way?

You do not have to wait to have THAT big contract, THAT big following, THAT big sale, THAT (fill in the blank) to celebrate.

Every win, no matter its size HAS TO BE CELEBRATED..

Let us ask you : did you put the effort to achieve that win? did you feel good when you achieved it?

Don't dismiss your effort or feelings!!! It's necessary to appreciate yourself!

Celebrating your progress boosts your motivation, builds confidence, and fuels your momentum to keep moving forward.

Each time you celebrate yourself, you boost your self esteem and send a signal to your mind to keep going, to keep showing up.

Have you noticed how your energy and conversations shift depending on who you are with and also where you are?

This is so key and important. We are magnet to energies, should you be conscious of it not. Our mood and our growth is dependent on them, dependent on the environment we grow in.

You need to choose and take action :Fuel your life with positive influence!

Surround yourself with people who inspire and encourage you to pursue your goals.
It might be hard but even your family and close friend, you need to be clear on the energy they bring to you, the words they use when talking to you, the effort they make/or not.

Be kind to yourself and be selfish, choose what is right for you to grow and be your best version.

What about joining and hanging out with in a community of people already experiencing the success you plan to have. With them and like-minded individuals who share your passions and aspirations, you can ignite your drive and reach unimaginable heights.

Would you say that your life was better before?

Oprah Winfrey: Oprah had a difficult childhood filled with poverty and abuse. However, she did not let her past define her and went on to become one of the most successful and influential talk show hosts of all time.

Malala Yousafzai: Malala was shot by the Taliban for her advocacy for girls' education, but she did not let this stop her. Instead, she continued her activism and became the youngest Nobel Peace Prize laureate in history.

Nelson Mandela: Mandela spent 27 years in prison for his activism against apartheid in South Africa. However, he did not let this defeat him, and instead, he went on to become the first black president of South Africa and a global icon for peace and equality.

Tony Robbins: Robbins grew up in poverty and had a difficult childhood. However, he was determined to create a better life for himself and went on to become a successful motivational speaker and life coach.

The future is not predetermined; it's a canvas waiting for you to paint your dreams and aspirations.

Do you ever feel like giving up and that nothing is working out?
What exactly does failure or success mean to you?

There are days where we celebrate and created momentum, have great wins and feel like we are at the top of the world. For us, whenever a coach adhered to our vision, joined us it was a win or when we had coaches happy with the sessions of the coaches it was a TRUE SUCCESS.

But we had also those moments were we were faced with challenges, nothing was working. You know those days when one thing after the other things to be collapsing. At Coach Tribe, we had those moments when payment gateaways wouldn’t work or the website wasn’t working… Just wanted to throw the towel and that’s it.

But wins, success, failure are just perceptions. It is when we focus on the tiny things instead of the bigger picture.
And just like life or heart beat it has ups and downs. There are part we can control and some other we need to work with and go with it , learn from it.

It's necessary to understand that none of them is a permanent issue, we just have to embrace the journey.

A man can fail today and win tomorrow just as a man could win today and fail tomorrow. They are just circumstances that come around anyways.

So, it's not about staying on your failures or keeping so much on your former successes. It's about having courage to live the life meant for you.
It is about persistence, keep going, showing up for yourself!

Failure isn't the last of you and that achievement isn't yet your best. We challenge you today to pursue more, develop the courage and never stop learning!
