I hope everyone enjoyed the break and vacations. We are having to move our time this week to 5-7 due to heat and availability. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD THAT THIS WEEK TIMES ARE 5-7 NOT 6-8.

Hello BCVB

For the few open gyms that I was there I am really pleased with what I saw and the hustle is great. Ladies remember don't expect to get better if you do not practice. These next two weeks make sure you touch a volleyball or you condition.
We got a new team this year so remember nothing is guaranteed. One of my favorite qoutes from Pat Summitt is "Here's how I'm going to beat you. I'm going to outwork you. That's it. That's all there is to it".
Keep this in mind ladies. Enjoy your break but be ready to come back full force.

**Make sure you have your physicals completed on planet HS or you can hand them to me. You will not be able to tryout unless this is done. **
