Join our friends West Virginia Rivers Coalition and Shepherd University Center for Appalachian Studies and Communities Wednesday, October 7, for a special West Virginia screening of VS. GOLIATH: Appalachia, part of the award-winning VS. GOLIATH four-part documentary series.
The film follows an army veteran who joins his neighbors in opposing the Mountain Valley Pipeline, a massive gas pipeline cutting through their Appalachian community. It tells the story of farmers, veterans, Indigenous leaders, and other community members from West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina who came together to protect their homes and communities.

Got your ducks in a row? Ducks will be in Town Run on Sunday at 3:00 - tickets available MJ's on German DeliCafe, Dogwood General Store, and the Farmers Market. Race starts behind the Post Office. Proceeds benefit education and programs to support a clean healthy Town Run.

We have some fun coming up - Sunday, September 20. A Duck Race to benefit Town Run. Ducks start racing at 3:00 PM. You can buy a ticket for a duck $2/duck or 3 for $5 at Dogwood General Store or MJ's on German DeliCafe or on Sunday at the Farmer's Market.
