Everyone is invited to attend our workshop to prepare a Medical Power of Attorney. This is a free event that is provided by Heart to Heart Hospice and Olive Branch Hospice. Mark your calendars and plan to attend. A notary will be onsite to notarize your signature on your Medical Power of Attorney.

Lunch will be served, however, there is a charge for all lunches. Over the age of 60 the cost is $4, under the age of 60 the cost is $7. If you plan to attend and eat lunch, please call 936-628-3733 to make a lunch reservation. This will insure we have enough food prepared to feed everyone! The lunch will be baked chicken, roasted pototoes, buttered carrots, roll and desert.🙂
