Shenandoah Music Boosters Shenandoah Music Boosters support the student musicians and the school staff involved in the music programs.

The Shenandoah School District relies on organizations such as Shenandoah Music Boosters to provide financial support and volunteering. The Shenandoah Music Boosters are parents and community members supporting the Shenandoah High School music program-both students and staff. Throughout the last few years some of what we have been able to purchase or help purchase are:

New sound system in auditor

Purchased new sign in front of auditorium
Trophy case
Purchased show choir dresses and men’s vests
Feed marching band members before home football games
Purchased drum set
Purchased baritone saxophone
Purchased flags and other accessories for flag carriers
Purchase awards and pins each year for band and choir
Senior cake and ice cream for all music students at end of year
Help fund jazz choir to be able to participate in contests

It's that time of year again! The Shenandoah High School Band students are putting in the work to prepare for marching band, pep band, and all of the other things they do throughout the year! 🎵

We received donations and had great volunteers to help us prepare a meal for the students on the last day of band camp. Thank you to the donors, the many volunteers who helped shop, cook, and serve, as well as to Green Plains for allowing us to use your grill. 🍔🌭

This is a great tradition and we we wish Mr. Smith and the Marching Mustangs good luck in all of the great things you will do!

Watch Shenandoah music students Jack, Annalise, Ayla, Mya, Zoe, and Charlie, as well as students from over 90 Iowa high schools, light up the big stage in front of thousands! Good morning, music fans! As a fundraiser for our band and choir trip to Disney next year, we will be holding a gift basket silent auction at our Large Group Showcase on May 3rd. We would love to have any baskets that people are willing to donate, so that those funds raised can be split amongst all of the trip participants. If you or your business are willing to donate a basket or any items that would could be included in a basket, please reach out to us by private message. Let’s help every student get to Disney for this trip!
