🌟 What is a DSP? 🌟

This , we want to spotlight the incredible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who make our mission at Nishna Productions possible every single day!

DSPs aren’t just caregivers—they are advocates, mentors, and community builders. They work side-by-side with individuals with disabilities to master daily living skills, find meaningful employment, and stay connected with friends and family.

Because of our DSPs, the people we serve can live independently and thrive right here in our community. Join us in saying a massive THANK YOU to the heartbeat of Nishna Productions! 💙
