📢 IMPORTANT BILLING SYSTEM UPDATE

We wanted to provide our members with an update regarding the ongoing billing system outage.

Unfortunately, both our online payment portal and automated phone payment system are still down. We have been in contact with our billing provider and are continuing to wait for them to resolve the issue and restore services.

In the meantime, members can still make payments by calling our office directly. Our staff can manually process payments over the phone.

✅ LATE FEES & PENALTIES: We understand this outage has caused an inconvenience for many of our members. Please rest assured that no late fees or penalties will be assessed due to this system outage. A grace period will be provided to ensure members are not penalized for circumstances beyond their control.

We sincerely appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we work through this issue. We will provide another update as soon as the system is back up and running.

NOTICE: ONLINE BILL PAY PORTAL TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

We are currently experiencing an issue with our online bill payment portal, which is displaying a "Bad Gateway" error.

We have spoken with our billing system provider, and they have confirmed that the online portal is currently down. We will be notified as soon as the issue has been resolved and will provide an update to the membership.

In the meantime, members should still be able to make payments over the phone using our automated payment system or by calling the office and speaking with a staff member.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone's patience while this issue is being resolved!

📢 Timberlake Community Club Board Vacancies & Volunteer Opportunities!

Timberlake Community Club is seeking community members who are interested in getting involved and making a positive difference in our community!

🏛️ TWO OPEN BOARD OF DIRECTORS POSITIONS

We currently have two vacant positions on the Timberlake Community Club Board of Directors and are accepting applications from interested community members.

Serving on the Board is an opportunity to help guide the future of our community, participate in important decisions, and represent the interests of Timberlake residents.

🤝 COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

We are also looking for volunteers to serve on the following committees:

🚤 Lake Safety Committee – Help promote safe and responsible recreational use of our lakes.

📋 Rules Committee – Assist with reviewing community rules and making recommendations that benefit our community.

🚨 CERT Committee (Community Emergency Response Team) – Help strengthen emergency preparedness, disaster response, and community safety.

🌲 YOUR COMMUNITY NEEDS YOU!

Whether you're interested in serving on the Board of Directors or volunteering for a committee, your participation can make a meaningful difference!

We encourage community members to get involved, share their ideas, and help keep Timberlake a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable place to live.

Don’t forget we have an amazing food shelf up here in the MPC that gets stocked by donations from the community! Plus we have an amazing member who regularly drops off tortillas. This shelf is available to anyone in the community. We are open from 9-12 then 12:30-5! 😊

We will have a scheduled water outage tomorrow 9/22/2026 starting at 9am, please plan for at least 4 hours of water disruption. The areas affected will be Park Loop, Park Dr and Willopa Rd and Pl. we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will be working diligently to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. Thank you. 😊
