Reminder that the Timberland anywhere library is here today from now until 4pm and, as usual, every month on the 1st Tuesday!! Check out books, CDs, DVDs, etc, return items and access library resources. Today, our library host, Joe, has brought fun building panels for kids to play with and make forts! 6/15, Monday 6 pm @ MPC: This will be the second of 3 last Office Refresh meetings.

6/20, Saturday 10 am @ MPC: This is the FINAL Office Refresh meeting, COMBINED with a BOD/Community meeting

(The Saturday 6/20 meeting is the ONLY combined meeting. All other Office Refresh meetings listed are Office Refresh only).

Coordinating documents for the meetings have been requested by the BOD and staff. They will be posted to the website, and copies will be available at the office when the Office Refresh chairperson provides them.

If you’d like to attend any meetings virtually via Zoom, please call the office prior to 4:30 on the day of the meeting to get added to the email invitation list. (The list is good for all future meetings, too, you don’t have to be re-added each time).

***ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS****

PAPER AND EMAIL BILLS ARE NOT REFLECTING USAGE

THERE IS A KNOWN BILLING SYSTEM ERROR that caused all printed bills to be printed without any usage. We have spoken with the billing company and rectified the charges in our system, but PRINTED BILLS will only reflect base charges.

Charges ARE reflected correctly in the Timberlake Office billing system and in your online billing portal, just not in the printed bill that was sent in the mail.

Because of this issue, ebills (bills we send via EMAIL ONLY) are delayed, as only ebills are still showing inaccurate information, and we are hesitant to send them without correction. If we cannot rectify the issue, we may not be able to send ebills, but we are working towards a resolution. Please be patient. We will provide an update next week.

SATURDAY 5/16 COMMUNITY MEETING 10AM!
***ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS***

Please come to the community meeting this Saturday, 5/16, at 10 am at the MPC. There have been a lot of recent changes within the board, and there is a lot of new information to share that you may have missed at recent board/community meetings. If you did not know, we are also actively seeking new board members and volunteers for events.

For the membership’s information, minutes and agendas for past/current/future meetings, as well as board apps/questions/responses and complaint forms, are always available at the office/MPC. Most copies are out and available at meetings as well. You may also find much of this information online at TimberlakeCC.com.

If you are unable to attend any board, community, or committee meeting, such as for the office refresh project, etc, please reach out to the office so we can provide you with a Zoom link to join virtually. (Teams does not allow to Bcc email addresses, so we will be reverting back to Zoom). If you missed a meeting, you may ask the office to send you the recording (recordings/online attendance have only been available within the past several months). Access to attend meetings virtually and/or to recordings of past meetings is open to all members.

If you have questions or if you need help with anything at any time, the office is there to help! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office. Our hours are M-F 9-5, closed for lunch 12-12:30.

Join us for an introduction to Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) with hands-on training and an opportunity to learn how youth can play an important role in emergency preparedness and community safety.

🎉🐠🐟🎣TIMBERLAKES ANNUAL FISHING DERBY 5/30, 8am-12pm!!🐟🐠🎣🎉

Calling all Timberlaker’s with kiddo’s between the ages of 5-14… Activities Committee invites our members to have a ‘reel’ good time at this years Timberlake’s Fishing Derby on May 30th from 8am-12pm.

Check the Fishing Derby Map for all the great fishing holes.

Participants and an Adult/Guardian must be physically present at the time of registration, which will take place on two dates. The first stage registration will be at the MPC (2880 E. Timberlake Dr. W.) on May 23rd between the hours of 8am-12pm during the Timberlake French Toast Breakfast event. The second stage will be held at Island Park on the day of the Derby event between the hours of 6am-8am. Children will need to bring their own fishing equipment and tackle. There will be food and refreshments provided for all registered participants. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be given out to the participants with the biggest fish at the end of the event. One raffle ticket will be given to every participant when they turn in their registration form. These tickets will be for a raffle we will be holding after the fish weigh-in. Participant and Adult/Guardian must be present at the raffle to accept their prize. Special cash prizes will be awarded to anyone that catches a tagged fish, during and after the event.

🥞🍳FREE PANCAKE BREAKFAST 5/23 9-11! 😋 (Come bring the family to eat just “because, breakfast!” …But you can also sign up for the 5/30 fishing derby at the pancake breakfast from 8-12)!

For all you breakfast loving Timberlaker’s out there, Activities Committee is proud to invite our members to attend our Pancake Breakfast on May 23rd from 9am-11am. This is, of course, free to our hungry Timberlaker’s! This will also be a great opportunity to sign up kids for the Fishing Derby on May 30th. Derby Signup will be available from 8am-12pm.

Can’t wait for this yummy event!
