COMMUNITY MEMORIAL WALK
REMEMBERING ST HELENA ISLAND, SC.
Lowcountry Mindful Motion and Pace Runners Club are coming together in unity to invite our community to walk with us on Sunday, October 18th 4pm, at the Cypress Wetlands, as we walk together to remember St Helena Island, SC.

In October 2025, tragedy struck St.Helena Island, SC and forever impacted families, survivors, loved ones, and an entire community. If you weren’t affected personally, chances are you knew someone who was. We want to take this time to let those who were affected to know one thing, WE HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN.
We have not forgotten the lives lost. We have not forgotten the survivors. We have not forgotten the families carrying grief. And we have not forgotten the community that continues to heal.
This walk is about remembrance, support, healing, and standing together as one community. We will walk in honor of every person impacted by the tragedy that took place on St. Helena Island in October of 2025.
Lowcountry Mindful Motion and Pace Runners Club believe deeply in the power of community and for this walk we are coming together with one shared purpose, to remind St Helena and those from the surrounding areas know that they are seen, they are supported, and they are never walking alone.
WE INVITE OUR ENTIRE COMMUNITY TO JOIN US!
Come as you are. Walk with us. Remember with us. Stand with St Helena.
Together in remembrance. Together in Community.💜

Blooming on Purpose: Youth Floral Experience

Presented by We ARE Lowcountry Youth in partnership with Jasper County Parks and Recreations Department and son flower creations , this inspiring event uses the beauty of flowers to explore how young girls blossom with confidence, embrace each new stage of growth, and flourish into the unique young women they are meant to become.

Together, we'll nurture creativity, self-esteem, and purpose in a fun, welcoming environment where every girl is reminded that, like every flower, she blooms in her own time.

Discover the beauty of creativity, confidence, and character at this FREE youth enrichment experience for ages 10–15. Seating is limited.

All participants will enjoy an inspiring morning centered around the art of floral design while building valuable life skills in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

During this unique experience, youth will:

🌸 Create a Floral Arrangement
Learn the fundamentals of floral design during a hands-on workshop led by a professional florist from Son Flower Creation. Participants will explore design techniques, color harmony, balance, and creative expression while creating a beautiful arrangement to take home.

🎤 Build Character & Confidence
Hear from inspiring guest speakers who will lead meaningful conversations about self-respect, leadership, kindness, confidence, and the beautiful journey of growing into the young women they are becoming. Through the language of flowers, girls will explore the changing seasons of life, learn to embrace each new stage with confidence, and discover that, like every bloom, they flourish with care, patience, intention, and community while recognizing their own unique gifts and purpose.

🥐 Enjoy a Mini Brunch
Have fun and connect with peers over a light, and brunch served in a welcoming atmosphere.

This experience is designed to inspire creativity, foster meaningful connections, and remind every participant that growth begins from within.

This event is free.

Ages: 10–15

We look forward to helping your child bloom through creativity, confidence, and character.
