Another NEW Kentucky Law. Please be mindful!

07/15/2026

A new law goes into effect today 7/15/2026 to help protect first responders:
Senate Bill 104 – Creates a 25-foot buffer zone around first responders engaged in official duties and clarifies rules to minimize disruptions during emergency responses.

Applies to police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel and other personnel.

Impeding a first responder after violating a verbal warning is a misdemeanor charge for the first three offenses and a Class D felony on each subsequent offense.

Happy Father’s Day to the dads out there! May you have a SAFE and BLESSED day!

05/25/2026

On this Memorial Day, please don’t say to a Veteran “ Happy Memorial Day “
instead just say “THANK YOU for your service.”
Memorial Day may have a different meaning for them.
We hope everyone has a SAFE and festive Memorial Day!
