We had a JUMP- start to an exciting year for Junior Leaders!

Last night, 18 new and experienced Junior Leaders came together at the trampoline park for our Junior Leader Call Out Party! Members had the chance to JUMP into the new year by meeting new friends, brainstorming ideas for the year ahead, and, of course, getting plenty of airtime together!

From bouncing around to bouncing ideas off one another, it was a great night filled with fun, fellowship, and excitement for what’s to come!

The Shelby County Purdue Extension Office is closed on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. Our office is closed due to a power outage we intend to open tomorrow Thursday, August 13. Phones at the office are also down at this time.

Our Junior Leaders went above and beyond to make Mini 4-H Camp a success! 💚🍀

Before camp, our Junior Leaders participated in a counselor training where they planned activities, prepared crafts and supplies, and created fun decorations to welcome our Mini 4-H members. On camp day, they stepped into leadership roles, guiding activities, encouraging campers, and helping create a fun, positive experience for everyone.

A special thank you to Junior Leader Ashlyn for handcrafting the beautiful welcome banner that greeted our Mini 4-H campers. It was the perfect touch to kick off an amazing day!

We are so thankful for the time, creativity, and leadership of all our Junior Leaders. Their dedication made Mini 4-H Camp a memorable experience, and we're proud to have such an outstanding group of young leaders representing Shelby County 4-H! 👏💚
