We would like to thank Neel and Jessica Patel at Liberty Tax Service Shelbyville TN for joining the Caregiver Relief Program of Bedford Co. as a Purple sponsor. Neel and Jessica also know the impact that dementia has on families. Thanks to their sponsorship, we will be able to ensure caregivers are able to take a break from their caregiving duties. Caring for a loved one who has dementia can be stressful and isolating. These sponsorships allow us to provide regular visits from our Program Director as well as a monthly support group for caregivers. Opportunities for social connection are important for caregivers, especially those providing 24/7 care for their loved one.

Thanks to all those who attended our fall fundraiser last Thursday! We had a great time and met our fundraising goal of $15,000! These funds will ensure that we are able to continue supporting families impacted by dementia in our community.
