Preparations for the fair have been underway, supplies have been gathered, and our new adventure is coming into vision! We hope to see so many people out at the “Farm Bureau Plaza” this year. Find us at the entrance of the grounds by the Family Arts Building and the Hendricks Cabin!

Indiana farmers are in the final stretch of ! According to the latest USDA crop progress report, 94% of corn acres and 93% of soybean acres have been planted in Indiana. 🚜🌽🌱

Here are the members of our Youth Advisory Board and the finished product from last night! ⭐

Our team spent the evening at the fairgrounds painting stars that will help welcome visitors and add a patriotic touch to this year's Shelby County Fair. Their hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to volunteer made a big difference, and the finished project looks fantastic.

Thank you to these young leaders for giving back to our community and helping make the fairgrounds look their best. Great job, team!

Our Youth Advisory Board members, along with several members of our Board, volunteered at the fairgrounds this week in support of the Shelby County Fair - Shelbyville, Indiana. We appreciate their willingness to give back and help make this year's fair a success for our community.

It is an honor to pair up with other counties in our district to help give out resources of mental health for farmers

District 8 Young Farmers & Ag Professionals from Decatur, Fayette and Shelby counties handed out 988 window clings to three implement dealers in Rushville this spring. The clings remind drivers and others that it is ok to ask for help with the crisis hotline number of 988.
