Due to the predicted inclement weather, our Cuddly Cow program scheduled for Saturday, May 16th has been cancelled. 🌧️🐄

But don’t worry! Rupert will be making a special appearance at the Library on Wednesday, June 10th at 11:00 AM for our very first Summer Reading Storytime! 📚☀️

We hope you’ll join us for a fun-filled morning with stories and a visit from Rupert!

Join us on the front lawn on Saturday, May 16th from 10-11AM for a special visit with Rupert, an adorable cow with the sweetest personality! Kids will get the chance to gently pet Rupert, say hello up close, and snap some unforgettable photos with this cuddly, camera ready friend. 📸🤎

We’ll also enjoy a special cow themed story time filled with fun books all about cows! 📚🐮

It’s the perfect morning for little animal lovers to meet a real-life “teddy bear” cow. Don’t forget your camera and get ready for smiles, stories, and lots of farmyard fun! 🌼

Rupert went to town to see the doctor today. Clean bill of health and up to date on everything he needs. The vet said she has never seen anything like him. Meaning he is a spoiled mess! 😅

Hope everyone is staying safe and warm during this winter blast. While we wait on Spring, Rupert and I have been collaborating with our local library. In this digital and face paced age, we want to encourage kids to slow down and find joy in story telling again. With that being said, Rupert will be working on setting up Read with Rupert days at the Shelby County Public Library. I have a children's book that will soon be in publication, and if you are a local author send me your book details and I will have Rupert read and promote your books during the events as well. This is gonna be fun! Stay tuned for more information!
