🎉🏫 Summer Camp is officially underway at The Banker’s House! 🏫🎉

Our first week of camp kicked off today, and we're thrilled to report that it is completely FULL! 🙌💛

But don't worry—we still have a few spots available for our second session, June 15–18, and we'd love for your rising fifth grader to join us!

This summer, rising fifth graders are invited to explore the spirit of innovation right here in Shelby at The Banker’s House Summer Camp 🏫✨

🗽 As America celebrates its 250th birthday this year, our 2026 camp theme is:
🌟 Celebrating American Innovation 🌟

Campers will meet local innovators, explore the people and ideas that helped shape Shelby, and discover how creativity, hard work, and vision continue to make our community thrive 💡🏙️

Through hands-on activities, community tours, games, and creative learning experiences, campers will build confidence, resilience, social skills, and friendships—all in a fun and supportive environment 💪👫💬

🎶 Led by local educator Heather Halbert, an experienced Exceptional Children’s teacher with a passion for music, writing, and photography, this camp blends structure, creativity, and exploration to help kids grow and thrive.

🌹🏇 What a night to remember! 🏇🌹

Our hearts are so full after an incredible Run for the Roses Kentucky Derby Party at The Banker’s House 💛

👏 THANK YOU to everyone who made the evening so special—our volunteers, table sponsors, guests, bidders, Banker's Bucks bettors, Derby Style contestants, and everyone who came out to celebrate with us. It truly was a beautiful night filled with fun, laughter, and Derby-day magic 🎉👒🥂

🏇 And what a race! History was made as Cherie DeVaux became the first female trainer to win the Kentucky Derby, with Golden Tempo taking the victory in the 152nd running of this iconic race 🌹🏆
