We had the wonderful opportunity to attend an impactful workshop designed specifically for nonprofits in our area, focused on two critically important topics:
📌 “Strengthening Capacity to Advance Your Mission”
📌 “Succession Planning Before You Need It”
This was truly a proactive and eye-opening experience! It reminded us that strong organizations don’t just focus on the work they are doing today—they prepare, build capacity, develop leaders, and plan for the future so their mission can continue for generations to come.
