To help prevent and/or solve crime by providing an anonymous communication link with
local law enforcement agencies and offering rewards in return for needed clues and
information necessary for law enforcement agencies to solve major crimes, and such
other and further purposes as are permitted under the laws of the State of North Carolina
for corporations of this type.
2. To solicit, accept, r
eceive, and administer contributions of money or other items of value
from individuals, businesses, and corporations to be used by the corporation in the
furtherance of its goals; said solicitations and donations to be limited by the various
requirements of the Internal Revenue Code and the General Statues of North Carolina for
tax exempt charitable organizations.
3. To purchase, rent, or accept by donations such facilities, equipment, supplies, and
materials as may be needed to carry out the purposes of the Corporation.
4. To exercise all such powers of the corporation and do all such lawful acts and things not
prohibited by the General Statues of North Carolina or the articles of incorporation or
Bylaws of the corporation
