The Declaration of: The Government Militia of the Citizens of the United States of America / AKA: GMCUSA
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for Citizens of the United States of America to commit to and stand up for the Rights and Privileges guaranteed them for over 200 years because certain political bands have made riotous objection to, and subversion of, those Rights in an attempt to disrupt and destroy the stability of this country and institute total anarchy, those Citizens must repel the anarchists attempting to overthrow the established government and put down this insurrection.
Notwithstanding the respect the Citizen has for the properly instituted authorities, when those instituted authorities fail to control this insurrection, the Citizen is left to fend for themselves to secure the vary rights afforded to them. The Citizen therefore must assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and the Laws of God entitle them. In respect to the properly established authorities we find it necessary to delineate the causes which compel the Citizen to this declaration and intervention.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all (Citizens) are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights: Among these are Life, Liberty and The Pursuit of Happiness. That these Rights are guaranteed the Citizen by:
The Principle/Agent form of Government called a “Republic” Government
To Wit: WE the People (the Citizen) of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure Domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, Promote the General Welfare, and Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do Ordain and Establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

3. The 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution, ratified July 9, 1868. That said Amendment only gave Citizenship to those living in the “United States” at that time, and to those who in the future were Lawfully afforded that Right.
That an insurrection of anarchists has established a foothold within our Government institutions and there has been little to no attempt by the properly established Government to restrain and abolish this treasonous revolution, leaving the Citizen without protection of Rights.
That even “governments” of Municipal, County and State authority have usurped their protective responsibilities to the Citizen by taking away Rights guaranteed the Citizen under the United States Constitution.
That these “governments” have established class-citizenship outside of the bounds of the United States Constitution: Such that establishes one class to be essential and the other class to be not-essential: One class honored, the other not so.
That these “governments” subjected the Citizen to false imprisonment and continually attempt to keep that control.
That these “governments” have allowed the rioters and anarchists to capture and destroy property of the Citizen without due-process of the Law.
That these “governments” have made the attempt to govern by elitism and the elite have the right to rule over the Citizen, without the consent of the Citizen, contrary to the Principle/Agent form of Government that they swore an oath to protect and defend.
That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the Right of the Citizen to alter or to abolish it and to institute a new Government, laying it’s foundation on such principles and organizing it’s powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect the Safety of their Lives and Property, their Freedom and their Pursuit of Happiness.
That this temporary intervention would be required and necessary, by the Citizen, until the proper documented government reestablishes its authority and control of the insurrection and can guarantee the Rights and Protection of the Citizen by which the government was established. We duly support all of the Law-Enforcement, Military personnel, First-Responders, Fire-Fighters and the like who have given their lives to protect this country for the past 200+ years, and we will stand behind those Services that adhere to the United States Constitution and respect the support we are providing for them.
That any attempt of Threat, Duress and Coercion by anarchist separationists, rioters or provocateurs , or any individual part thereof, shall be met with such resistance as deemed necessary to reverse the direction of its attempt to alter the established government, and lifestyle, of the Citizen.
To the extent that local Municipal Governments, County Governments and State Governments have relinquished and subjugated their authority to the “insurrection”, these responsibilities will be held to be reserved to the Citizen to assume and enforce.
That the Citizen of the United States, shall unite to support our Government and form a Militia to assure those ends is the very essence of the established principles of this Country.
