Come see us at Shawnee Town 1929 today from 10am-4pm! We will be here today and tomorrow! Look for us on the east side of town between the dining tent and the white school house!! We will be serving drinks during this 250th celebration!!!

We had a fantastic time with our friends from FR. Benard Donnelly Division Ancient Order of Hibernians at their Irish Road Bowling event!! This semi-annual event is a fantastic fundraiser and brings out the best in our competitive side! Today we had 2 teams, boys vs girls from the Irish American Club of Johnson County! The boys took the win today 🏆 but we will be back in October for a rematch!

We've quickly moved from St. Patrick's Day to Easter weekend! Shawnee Town 1929 has so much cute stuff in their store!! Swing by if you need any hostess gifts, Easter basket fillers or even something for yourself!

Do you need some last minute basket fillers for Easter on Sunday? 🐰 We have you covered! Swing by our Museum Store to see all of the fun items we have stocked for Spring! 🌸 We also have farm fresh eggs and fresh cut asparagus available (while supplies last)!

The Museum Store is located in our Visitor's Center at 11501 W 57th Street, Shawnee, KS 66203. The store is open 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and 10am-4:30 on Saturdays.

Our Shawnee St. Patrick's Parade is still on! See you Sunday at 1:00pm!

🍀 We wanted to update that the Shamrock O' Market scheduled for Sunday has been cancelled, due to the prediction of high winds for the entirety of the market. The high winds and tents do not mix well, and we want to keep everyone safe!

🍀 The Shawnee Sister Cities Duck Race has been moved to the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 11221 Johnson Drive, at 3:30 P.M. and will feature a different method of picking the winners. The public is welcome to attend!
