As some know we have had some issues with the pool key card system this season. We have replaced the controller and had to re-enter everyone's cards. if your card isn't working please contact the HOA and we can get it resolved.

The pool will open on Thursday May 22nd. Here is a reminder for pool rules in case you're new to the neighborhood. If you need a card please email [email protected] before the pool opens. Replacement pool cards are $25.

Pool Rules:
1. Put the umbrellas down if you see them up and no one is using them. (see picture of what happens when they aren't closed).
2. No water balloons allowed
3. Children under 14 must have an adult present
4. No glass containers.
5. Please don’t build forts with the pool chairs. They cost $250 each and they aren’t made to play with.
5. Pool closes at 10 pm and opens at 9 am.
6. Don’t let in people you don’t know.

1/5/25 - neighborhood announcement. KC Disposal trash pickup this week will be on Thursday instead of Wednesday due to the weather.

Just a public service announcement. The pool closes at 10 pm. If you get stuck in the pool after the card stops working, there is a button over by the pool supply door you can push to exit.

Last night someone was obviously there after hours and apparently was locked in. They used the trash can upside down to climb out. If you know who this was, please let them know about the button.

We didn’t send a reminder at the beginning of the pool season for the rules of using the pool. It seems like common sense to put the umbrella down when you’re done using it. Three days into the new pool season we no longer have umbrellas because they were destroyed last night. Someone put them up and didn’t put them down.
