Keep Me Going: The KMG Foundation envisions a world in which mental illness is part of the everyday conversation, and mental health is respected and understood. We hope mental health will soon be a priority, making it easy and affordable for people to nurture their minds as they do their bodies.

The team at Keep Me Going strives to support people who are suffering – no matter what that looks like for each individual. We are a community of people hoping to help each other through the darkness, so we can find the hope on the other side. It is a beautiful world out there – we just need to turn on the light to see it. Let’s help each other get out of the darkness. The light is closer than you think.
