Trained professional Outreach Health Coordinators make on-site house calls to farm families, agriculturists, and agribusiness within Shawano, Outagamie, Waupaca, Waushara, Green Lake, Marquette, and Winnebago counties to provide preventive health screenings (with immediate test results), health coaching, and referral information. Our goal at RHI is to remove the barriers of time, distance, travel

, and cost to access basic, preventive health care services. Our mission is to improve and sustain the health and safety of rural families.
