to a decade ago when the music composite project was finalized in 2016. After months of hard work, all 47 choir, band, and orchestra composites were displayed on the walls in the new Music Department in Viking Village. The composites range from 1973 to the present. The composites were framed at FRAME USA, and the high school maintenance staff of Rick Polzin, Frank Vondermeulen, Paul Howard, Jon Fricke, and Tod Kutil all contributed to their installation. Be sure to take a walk through Princeton Music history and see the faces of hundreds of talented students and teachers who have impacted the Princeton Music Program over the years!

Jake Sweeney Stadium and Pat Mancuso Field on Chester Road are currently closed due to construction. The field is STILL part of the construction zone, and trespassing is prohibited.

For safety and liability reasons, no one is permitted to be in the stadium/field area at any time without Megan Construction’s approval. This applies to all students, staff, families, and community members, including outside of school hours.

We will share updates as access changes. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe.

to February 2016 when both band and orchestra performed at Disney Springs! This is a reminder that ALL PHS music students are required to rent a uniform provided by PHS Music Department. This includes all band, orchestra, and choir students. Please allow 30 minutes for the fitting. The uniform rental fee can be between $30 - $70 (it will not exceed $70/student) depending on how many ensembles the student is in. This fee covers the cost of cleaning, repairs and/or alterations to the uniform. The rental fee is separate from the “pay to participate” fee you pay to the school. During the summer, ALL students will be fitted in their uniforms and the rental fee must be paid at that time. On Monday, 5/25/26, Princeton City Schools joined the Glendale Memorial Day parade, honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation.

Dr. Mari Phillips led the Viking Ship, along with Princeton Board of Education President, Mr. Jon Simons from Glendale. Board members, Mrs. Mary Cleveland and Mrs. Gina Moore were also on the ship in the parade.

It’s a long standing tradition for our Pride of Princeton Marching Band and Drill Team to participate in this annual parade. Many thanks to the collective efforts of many members of our Princeton Music Boosters for sharing these photo memories! 🇺🇸
