Fontineese D. Green is an entrepreneur, author, and community leader dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities through leadership, education, and economic opportunity. She is the founder and CEO of House of Divelle, a leadership and business development company committed to helping visionaries turn purpose into structured success.
Fontineese is the author of The Deborah Code, a transformational framework that equips leaders—particularly women—to move from vision to ex*****on with clarity, strategy, and confidence. Through her work, she teaches principles of leadership, wealth-building, and legacy creation.
Deeply engaged in civic leadership, Fontineese serves in several community roles, including Chair of the Shenango Valley Urban League, and she sits on the boards of AWARE and the Farrell Community Development Corporation. She previously made history as the first Black woman to serve as President of the Mercer County Association of REALTORS®.
Known for her ability to inspire and connect with audiences, Fontineese is passionate about using her voice and platform to uplift others and create pathways for transformation. When she is not leading initiatives or building programs, she enjoys investing in her family, community, and the next generation of leaders.
