We're Hiring! Part-Time Barn Assistant
High Horses Center for Equine-Assisted Services in Sharon, Vermont is looking for a dependable, hardworking Barn Assistant to join our team!
This position plays an important role in the daily care of our horses and the smooth operation of our barn. Responsibilities include feeding, turnout, stall cleaning, monitoring horse health, maintaining barn spaces, and supporting a safe and welcoming
environment for volunteers and visitors.
The position averages approximately 20–25 hours per week and includes morning and afternoon/evening shifts, as well as some weekends. We work with team members to establish a consistent schedule that fits both their availability and the needs of the barn. Prior hands-on horse experience is required.
Competitive hourly pay is offered based on experience and qualifications in addition to paid time off, 401K, and paid holidays.
