The Chase Your Heart Foundation is honored to share that Capital Cardiology Associates is participating in the Chase Your Heart Project.

The Chase Your Heart Project is about more than heart health. It’s about spreading hope, encouragement, and compassion to patients currently in the hospital facing difficult battles. Through this project, we aim to remind patients and their families that they are not alone, and that an entire community is thinking of them and supporting them.

We are incredibly grateful to Capital Cardiology Associates for joining us in this mission and helping us bring hope and strength to those who need it most.

❤️ Introducing the Chase Your Heart Project ❤️

The Chase Your Heart Foundation is launching a new community project to spread love, hope, and encouragement to patients in our local hospitals.

We are inviting schools, daycares, classrooms, teams, and community groups to decorate paper hearts and write a positive or encouraging message on them. These hearts will then be delivered to hospital patients to brighten their day and remind them that their community is thinking of them.

Our goal is to collect 10,000 hearts filled with kindness and encouragement. ❤️

We will be kicking off the project with our local daycare and would love to see schools and organizations join us in helping make this goal possible.

If your school, classroom, or group would like to participate in the Chase Your Heart project. Simply save this photo, print out copies and have your kids decorate the hearts with messages of kindness!
