SCS is proud to be selected by Foundation for Delaware County and as one of their Partners in Giving for 2026. Their support makes it possible for us to deliver thousands of nutritious meals to frail elderly people across Delaware County. (H/T to for allowing us to share their coverage.)

The Foundation for Delaware County and The Community’s Foundation awarded more than $516,000 to 74 area nonprofits.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger to help others.

We remember their courage and sacrifice, and hold in our thoughts all those whose lives were forever changed that day.

We will never forget.

Bingo gets a workout! Friendship Circle is kicking off a 10-week Bingocize program with bingo, exercise, prizes, and fall prevention tips. (Yes, really. Bingo AND exercise!)
PLUS Fashion is officially in the building! Roni Wear Designs has opened its doors at Friendship Circle. Check out photos from the ribbon cutting and come see the new boutique for yourself!

Good Neighbor is celebrating! We’ve got birthday wishes, big smiles, and photos from a beautiful walk at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge.

Chester is helping you stretch your skills AND your muscles with upcoming Tech Support and Tai Chi programs.

Schoolhouse is living up to its name! Two upcoming programs will give you plenty of opportunities to learn something new, including a Leaders in Homecare presentation and a discussion of Absolution at Book Club.
