The Hoke County Sheriff's Office requests the public's assistance locating Wesley Purcell (35). Wesley was last seen in the North Hilltop Road/North Duffie Road area in Hoke County. It is believed Wesley traveled from Raleigh, NC, to Hoke in a Gray GMC Sierra pickup truck. He may have a beard and be wearing glasses.
It is not known what he was wearing.

The Kinston Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kenneth Ray Taylor.

Taylor was reported missing on June 4, 2026, and was last seen on May 31, 2026, walking along South Queen Street in Kinston.

Kenneth Ray Taylor is described as:

• 135 pounds

UPDATE: Located and safe

The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating:
Christine Elizabeth McArdellAlso known by the nickname “Blinky”
Ms. McArdell is from Leland but is known to frequently visit the areas of Bolton, East Arcadia, and Delco.
She was last seen driving a maroon 2016 Kia Optima displaying North Carolina temporary registration WF38602.
Anyone who has seen Ms. McArdell, the vehicle, or has information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Bell immediately at 910-713-3229.

✅ UPDATE: LOCATED SAFE

William Eric “Eric” Boswell has been found safe. He was located this morning at the recycling center on 701 South, approximately 2 miles from his home.

We received a call at 7:03 AM reporting that he was in a ditch beside the business. He was located there and has since been transported to the hospital for evaluation.

🚨 MISSING PERSON – PLEASE SHARE 🚨

William Eric Boswell, who goes by Eric Boswell, has been reported missing. He is a 65-year-old white male from the New Hope area.

He was last seen around 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 23rd at the intersection of 701 and Rough and Ready Road. He was on foot and is not believed to have a vehicle.

Eric is not considered dangerous, but he may be disoriented, and confused.

If you see him or have any information that could help locate him, please contact the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office at 910-640-1428.

MISSING PERSON INVESTIGATION-The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for a missing 12-year-old female juvenile. The missing person’s name is Zayona Yort, Hispanic female, 4 feet 11 inches in height and weight is 85 pounds. Yort will have black hair and brown eyes. Yort was wearing a black shirt, blue jeans with Croc shoes. She was last seen on April 8, 2026, at 2:30 a.m., at a residence on New Jersey Church Road, Lexington, North Carolina. A missing person report was filed with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office today at approximately 11:00 a.m. Please contact the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office with any information to help locate Yont.
