Custody orders should be reviewed yearly in court to see how both parties are coparenting. I think its important to see how the child is doing and they should asked questions like,
Do you get to see both parents like your supposed to?
Do they fight or argue in front of you?
Do you feel like you have to choose which parent to love?
Have them all sit in a room together and watch how they interact.
Watch which parent the child wants to go to.
Just observing these things and asking questions could help save so many children from mental health issues.

Imagine spending your most innocent and impressionable years feeling like you have to choose which parent to love.
The child has to hate one parent while the other isn't around then flip it when they are with the opposite parent.
The child has to shut their feelings for the other parent that they love, off bc if they show positive feelings of the "bad" parent then they get punished.
The mental damage from having to have a love/hate relationship with both parents is traumatizing.
They grow up to be codependent and bullied bc they don't know how to speak up.
Alienating hurts your child more than the other parent.
If the other parent is loving and can provide basic necessities then let them love and have that parent.
