HEART Response Team

HEART was originally created in 2012 as Hosanna’s response to natural disasters. However, God had bigger plans! ft.

At HEART, we seek to transform communities by demonstrating God's love by bridging the gap between surplus and need, building relationships with other organizations to fill both spiritual and physical needs. Through its network of dedicated volunteers and corporate partnerships HEART currently has the opportunity to bless families and communities (locally and nationally) by:

- Feeding the homele

ss and people experiencing poverty through outreaches and mobile home ministries
- Hosting monthly Community Giveaway Nights for prequalified people to pick up essential home goods
- Supporting law enforcement and improving their community relationships by co-hosting community outreaches and providing officers with donated car seats, food, emergency blankets, etc. to give to members of the communities they serve
- Coming alongside seniors, widows, and veterans experiencing isolation and loneliness
- Providing in-home prayer and encouragement for those experiencing crisis
- Unifying churches by organizing co-sponsored community outreach events
- Deploying frontline, short-term disaster recovery teams during natural disasters
- Shipping construction materials and household goods from its 25,000 sq. warehouse to areas impacted by natural disasters

Through the above, HEART is able to share the message of Christ’s hope and God’s love as trained Prayer Ministers tend and care for those who are hurting — emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Our Faribault Distribution Center is officially open! Please join us in congratulating our Faribault HEART Team!

While the ribbon cutting marked a new beginning, HEART has been serving Rice County alongside local nonprofits and community partners for years. This new location means more opportunities to connect donated goods with the people who need them most, helping us strengthen our impact throughout southern Minnesota.

This huge community event brings in 5,000+ guests and features 30+ food trucks, refreshing drinks, family fun, giveaways, and more!

HEART & Heartland Outlet will have booths with stuff to giveaway & purchase. Help us share about HEART & Heartland Outlet!

✨ Volunteers receive a FREE meal from one of the food trucks! ✨

Volunteer opportunities include:

Do you enjoy meeting others? Then become a part of the HEART family as a Hospitality Desk Volunteer!

Greet and assist volunteers, nonprofit partners, and guests at the HEART Distribution Center by helping with check-in and answering questions. Support additional projects during slower times. Training is provided.
