Last night at the Senior Awards ceremony Shakopee Rotary Club was proud to announce the names and give away $30,000 in scholarships to deserving high school seniors.

Each year Shakopee Rotary Club gives every first grade student in Shakopee both public and non-public schools a book and swag bag in our Shakopee Celebrates Reading Program! Last week and this week over 500 students received their books! We are so grateful for all the volunteers and sponsors of the program. A HUGE thank you to MVEC for their generous donation to purchase the books and bags, and to the following sponsors who donated swag to the bag! A shout out to Shakopee HS Drama Club for creating a cute video for students to watch while opening their bags!
