This is a hands-on, community-driven role at the intersection of real estate, economic development, and neighborhood revitalization. You’ll work directly on:
🏢 Managing and leasing commercial properties
🤝 Supporting small businesses and tenants
🏗️ Place-based redevelopment and placemaking
đź’ˇ Day-to-day operations of The Dealership coworking space
🌱 Advancing inclusive, mission-aligned economic growth in Shaker Heights
