We are looking for a Youth & Young Adult Coordinator for our LevelUp Program in Summit & Medina Counties!

This position will support the activities directly related to improving access to treatment and support services for youth and young adults, ages 16-25, with mental health needs and/or developmental disabilities . This position will be involved with increasing awareness, screening and detection, outreach and engagement, referrals to treatment, coordination of care, and evidence-informed treatment. Lived experience is required.

Big news from our Level Up/OHTP Program!

Level Up/OHTP has secured funding to expand services to Summit and Medina Counties, focusing on assisting youth and young adults (16-25 years old) with mental health needs and/or developmental disabilities to build life skills and access services to help transition from youth to adult systems. While we aim to maintain support in Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties, this grant will focus on training and supporting community partners, providers, and transition-aged youth in Summit and Medina counties through this 5-year SAMHSA funded project.
