Ok everyone, here is the needs at VRQ in Asheville at this time. I told her I wouldn’t have an issue getting hygiene items, shoes etc and that I would put out the need for beds, if anyone wants to jump on board with this with me I have a lot of stuff already!

I had to make the tough decision to put RUCK22WV on hold over the last couple of years due to a lot of other obligations I placed upon myself and if I couldn’t be fully devoted to my cause, I wasn’t going give half effort to just try and get by being a one man show. These pictures are from ground zero at Veteran’s Restoration Quarters in Asheville, NC and where I chose to deliver ALL of our donations we raised over my first 3 ruck marches a couple short years ago. This hurts my heart so deep because VRQ was host to 250 beds for homeless veterans and plays a huge role into helping men get back on their feet and lead good lives after recovering from temporary struggles. A lot of the 2 story main building is standing and I’m not in the loop enough to know how ABCCM plans to rebuild. I have a contact that I am going to reach out to and see how I can help and if anyone would like to join me, let me know.

2977 people were stripped from their lives on September 11, 2001

Over 7000 U.S. Service Members have died since the attacks on our homeland on September 11, 2001.

Over 30,177 service members and veterans have been lost to su***de since September 11, 2001.

Please take a few moments from your day tomorrow morning to take a breath and pray for the families of these losses, the sacrifices made and the ones who still feel every bit of the pain daily and also, PRAY FOR OUR COUNTRY!!! 🇺🇸 We need it now and badly!
