🚂 Free rides are possible because our community helps keep the railroad moving.

Grand Concourse Railroad is operated and maintained through volunteer effort, but caring for a miniature railroad still involves real costs. Track requires regular upkeep, locomotives and riding cars need inspections and repairs, and the grounds must be maintained so visitors can continue enjoying the railroad. Donations also help fund future improvements that allow us to grow.

We are grateful to every visitor and donor who has supported the railroad in the past. Donations are always appreciated, but they are never required to ride.

The Grand Concourse Railroad is back with a **brand-new nightmare** this Halloween season — and **we want YOU!**

Join us for a **FREE, hands-on Scare Actor Workshop & Casting Call** September 4–6. Whether you’re an experienced scare actor or have never scared a soul, come learn what it takes to bring nightmares to life!

🧟 **Learn:**
• Character development
• Safety and scare techniques
• Pop scares
• Psychological terror
• Haunted attraction performance skills

The workshop will also serve as a **casting call for scare actors and event staff** for our upcoming Halloween event.

📅 **Workshop Schedule:**
🎃 Friday, September 4 — **5:00 PM–8:00 PM**
🎃 Saturday, September 5 — **5:00 PM–9:00 PM**
🎃 Sunday, September 6 — **12:00 PM–5:00 PM**
