🩸 LifeSouth is coming to Grand Concourse Railroad Oct 16 & 17! 🎃🚂

The LifeSouth blood donation bus will be onsite from 6:00–10:00 PM each night, and our weekend goal is at least 15 donors.

LifeSouth says 1 blood donation can save 3 lives — so if we reach 15 donors, we could help save as many as 45 lives. ❤️

As a thank-you, anyone who donates will receive $8 off their purchase that night.

🚗⚠️ **IMPORTANT PARKING REMINDER – PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK OTHER VEHICLES!** ⚠️🚗

We love seeing so many families supporting Grand Concourse Railroad's Halloween event! 🎃🚂 However, we've had issues with guests parking in ways that block other vehicles, preventing people from leaving.

🅿️ **WE HAVE TWO FREE PARKING AREAS!**

Please refer to the attached parking map:

🟢 **AREA 1 (GREEN)** – Our primary parking area. Please park here first.

🔴 **AREA 2 (RED)** – If Area 1 is full, please use Area 2, directly across Alric Pottberg Road.

🚨 **PLEASE PARK RESPONSIBLY!**
✅ Never block another vehicle.
✅ Keep entrances, exits, and driveways clear.
✅ If an area is full, use the other parking area.
✅ Be considerate of guests who may need to leave before you.

❤️ **WE NEED YOUR HELP!**

Grand Concourse Railroad is a nonprofit run by a small group of dedicated volunteers. We typically have only about a dozen volunteers working our events. Hiring outside parking assistance, such as Sheriff's Office personnel, is extremely expensive and would take valuable funds away from maintaining and improving our railroad.

We rely on everyone's cooperation to keep parking safe and accessible.

🚂 **A little consideration goes a long way toward making everyone's visit enjoyable!**

📍 11919 Alric Pottberg Rd, Shady Hills, FL 34610

🅿️ **FREE PARKING IN BOTH AREAS!**

Thank you for supporting Grand Concourse Railroad! ❤️

📢 **Please share to help spread the word!**

🌧️ WEATHER UPDATE — CLOSED FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9

Due to the recent inclement weather, the Grand Concourse Railroad Board has made the decision not to open Friday night, October 9. We want to give the grounds and trails time to dry out and, most importantly, keep our guests, members, and volunteers safe.

🎃 We WILL be open Saturday night, October 10!

If you already purchased tickets for Friday night, don’t worry — your tickets will still be honored. You may use them:

✅ Saturday, October 10
✅ Or any other regular Halloween night we are open

There is no need to lose your ticket because of the weather.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience. Giving everything an extra day to dry will help us provide a safer and better Halloween experience for everyone.
