As the fall season is creeping up on us . Let’s hope these temps cool off a bit ! We look forward to seeing all your happy faces September 12, 11-4. Farmers Institute Friends church . 4626 west 600 south Lafayette, IN 47909 our annual Quaker Fair here’s a sampling of some of the smiling faces looking forward to having you spend your day with us . We cook ham n beans over the open fire , corn bread and coleslaw and a drink . You can also buy a slice of pie , apple dough balls, fried potatoes cooked over the fire . A little history , craft booth , flea market , quilt show , vintage tractor show and don’t forget we have a nature trail designed by a local Eagle Scout .

What a beautiful afternoon ! Well it’s that time to save the date for our annual Quaker fair September 12, 11-4. Located at the Historic Farmers Institute Friends Meeting House , 4626 west 660 south Lafayette, IN 47909 . Ham n beans cooked over the open fire, fried potatoes ,corn bread, coleslaw pie by the slice ! We we will have a craft booth, flea market , vintage tractor show , a special quilt display put on by Karen Loser. Family friendly day. Parking is in the hay field next to the Meeting House. Music and history on the hour inside the meeting house . You can also tour the main level of the Boarding House , enjoy a stroll thru the woods on our nature trail

We extend our thanks to all of our friends and new faces for joining us this year. The annual Trestle table was elegantly presented. Ben Shapel, your music was a highlight of the event. The food was exceptional.
