The Connecticut Hurricanes are hiring a Staff Coordinator for the upcoming season! We are seeking an organized, driven leader to manage our instructional team, maximize rehearsal efficiency, and bring our 2027 program to life on the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish unified teaching protocols and support instructional staff development across all sections
- Collaborate with caption leadership to develop daily and season-long goals, ensuring schedule efficiency for our all-age weekend schedule
- Facilitate consistent communication between Design and Instructional leadership

Fun fact: The corps actually started with fifes in it! 95 years ago the corps formed as the John H. Collins Post Fife Drum & Bugle Corps out of Derby, CT.
