What's better on a 90°+ afternoon than an Ice Cream Social activity for the senior citizens community in Seymour!?! Lots of Tri-County Lions served ice cream with flavored toppings, and even provided personal delivery for those who weren't able to get out. It was lots of fun, laughter, smiles, and cold refreshments on a very hot day!

Thanks to all who participated. We had a great time.

Plan now to attend the 4th Annual Buddy Greene Memorial-Cruise in Seymour, TN at the Seymour United Methodist Church rear parking lot (just off Chapman Hwy. on Simmons Lane) on October 24 from 9am-2pm. Free admission (donations welcome), refreshments, door prizes, and more! This project supports our efforts to provide services to those in need.

We were pleased to welcome new member Lion Kaitlyn Daniels to the Tri-County Lions Monday evening, August 10. She is shown here (left) with her sponsoring member, Lion Kristy LaVella. It was good to see several other guests interested in Lions and community service. Several upcoming service projects were finalized.

We Serve! Want to be a part of a team whose purpose is to serve others by providing vision and hearing assistance, hunger relief, disaster aid, and more? We invite you to help us as we strive to build a better community! Our August meeting is Monday evening, 6pm at the Gondolier near Lowes, just off Chapman Hwy. near the Gov. John Sevier Hwy. intersection. We'll be planning several upcoming projects.
