Square dancing is a great activity for all ages. Square Dancing is great cardiovascular exercise in a healthy environment. It is a body and brain boost as you follow the directions of the caller. Many friendships are made during the dances. It is something that couples and/or families can do together. The Star Promenaders are sponsoring a square dance party to introduce square dancing. The details are in the flyer below. The $5.00 charge per person will all go to the Senior Center for use in improvements/upgrades. If you can walk, you can square dance! No partner required. Hope to see you around the square on the 26th.
